Make one trip count

The standard diagnostic is $39.99; gaming PCs are $99 because they have to be run under sustained load before anything honest can be said about them. That fee covers finding the fault and is a separate charge - it is not credited toward the repair. Repair prices are not published on this site because the truthful number depends on your specific machine; you get the exact part, the exact labour and a realistic turnaround before any paid work begins.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday, so a weekend failure means a Monday drop-off. Walk-ins are welcome inside those hours - the call ahead is a recommendation for your sake, not a requirement.
